How to Make Rocking Horse Ornaments
Rocking horse cookie cutters are not just for baking batches of holiday cookies anymore. This year, when the Christmas season rolls around, break out those cute little rocking horse cutters and turn them into beautiful paper ornaments. This craft project is safe for children as long as they are supervised when using scissors. Additionally, these ornaments double as fun gifts or package tags for the holiday season. Paper rocking horse templates, available on craft websites, may be used in place of a cookie cutter.

Tips & Warnings
This craft is a good way to recycle paper. Use leftover wrapping paper, wall paper or postcards to create fun, patterned ornaments.
