How to Set Up Headphones on a Sony Bravia W Series TV
The Sony Bravia W series is a line of flat-screen LCD television sets with multiple connection jacks for hooking up audio-video components. The left edge of the Bravia screen is also equipped with a jack for hooking up a set of full-size headphones to enjoy private listening while watching television. Earbuds and headphones for portable devices can also be used with the Bravia, but an audio adapter is required to convert the regular audio jack in the TV to a 3.5-mm jack that accepts the plug on these smaller headphone sizes. Adapters are available at electronics and stereo stores.
