Instructions

    • 1

Put the off guard behind the sideline as inbounder.

    • 2

Stack players facing the ball handler, about 10 feet off the sideline, one behind the other: first forward, center, second forward, point guard.

    • 3

Have the off guard tap the ball to signal the beginning of play.

    • 4

Break the first forward toward the corner about 10 feet.

    • 5

Move the center into deep court along the foul line.

    • 6

Retreat with the second forward toward the opposite sideline.

    • 7

Move the point guard in toward the ball handler and along the half-court line, stopping about 10 feet from the sideline.

    • 8

      Inbound to the point guard.

Tips & Warnings

  • The point guard should receive the ball and retreat to the point, having a play set for execution.

  • If the point guard is defended too well, inbound to the forward in the nearest corner.

  • The center will be well-guarded. Inbound to him or her only as a last resort.
