1
Wrap two white feather boas all the way around the body of a white leotard and hot-glue them in place. Fluff up the feathers to fill in all empty spaces.
-
2
Stretch two yellow rubber gloves over the toes of a pair of yellow shoes and hot-glue them in place. Cut the gloves shorter if needed.
-
-
3
Pair the leotard and shoes with yellow tights.
-
4
Cut out a piece of white fabric that is 6 inches wide and long enough to wrap around the child's head. Fold the fabric in half, bringing the two shorter edges together.
-
5
Sew the shorter edges of the fabric together (opposite the fold), forming a tube of fabric. Turn the fabric right-side-out and hot-glue the opening of a red glove to one of the openings of the tube of fabric. This will form the hat of the costume.
