1 cup baking soda
1 cup washing soda
1 cup Epsom salts
1/3 cup citric acid
15 drops lemon essential oil
Step 1
Start by mixing all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 2
Next, add 15 drops of lemon essential oil. This will help lift off grease and burned-on food particles from your dishes.
Step 3
Whisk the ingredients together until there are no clumps.
Step 4
Place your powdered dishwashing detergent in an airtight container. Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per load of dishes in your dishwasher.
