    • 1

      Visit a money-sending service website.

    • 2

Select the country to which you wish to send the money from the drop-down menu next to "Send to."

    • 3

Choose the method by which the person to whom you are sending the money will receive the cash. If this is done in the United States, the recipient typically will pick up the money at an authorized agent of the money transfer service.

    • 4

Type in the amount of money you wish to send in the box labeled "Amount." Click Submit.

    • 5

Read the fees that you will pay to send the amount of money you entered, then click "Next." The fees will be charged to your American Express credit card and are charged in addition to the amount you are sending.

    • 6

Log in to your account with the money transfer service by typing in your username and password. If you do not have an account with the online service, create one by typing in your email address next to the blank for "New Account Email Address." The money transfer service then sends you an email. Check your email, click on the link provided and enter information about your new account by typing in your full name, address, phone number and other personal information.

    • 7

Enter your American Express credit card number, expiration date and three-digit security code from the back of your card into the credit card form on the money transfer service website. Click "Submit" to send the amount of money you want to send plus the corresponding fee. That amount is charged to your American Express credit card account. Receive a confirmation number for the transaction.

    • 8

Telephone the individual to whom you are sending money, give him the confirmation number for your transaction and tell him the name of the money transfer service you used. He may pick up the money from any location where that service is utilized.
