Inflate your Reebok Stayball before use.

The Reebok Stayball is a piece of exercise equipment commonly used for performing sit-ups and other abdominal strengthening exercises. A unique feature of the Stayball is that it contains sand that comes to rest at the bottom of the ball to prevent it from rolling and shifting during use. The Stayball comes deflated and must be inflated before you can begin exercising with it.

Instructions

  1. Inflate your Reebok Stayball

    • 1

Remove your Stayball from its packaging. The ball also comes with a DVD and an air pump. Remove them, too.

    • 2

Place the deflated Stayball on the floor or a hard surface. If the ball is folded, unfold it as much as possible.

    • 3

Locate the Stayball's air intake valve.

    • 4

Locate the air pump that came with your Stayball.

    • 5

Attach the end of the air pump to the air intake valve on your Stayball. Insert air into the ball by compressing and depressing the handle on your air pump. Continue the inflation process until your Stayball is completely inflated.
