How to Install the Creative VF0330 Webcam Online

Creative produces webcams that make it extremely easy to stay in touch with family and friends across the country. Video chatting using your Creative webcam is an easy and cost-effective way of being able to see one another. If you've purchased a webcam and aren't quite sure how to get it to work properly on your computer, no need to fret. Installing the webcam is extremely easy using Creative's included installer. After it is installed, fire up your favorite video chat-capable instant messaging application to get online.

• Creative Software installation disc

Instructions

1. Insert the disc into the computer's CD drive. The CD should automatically launch into the Installer. If it doesn't, double-click on the disc via Windows Explorer. If you have lost the CD, no need to worry. You can download the appropriate installer package from Creative's Support site (see Resources). Double-click on the downloaded file.

2. Select your language on the first setup screen.

3. Follow the onscreen instructions to start the installation. Connect the Creative webcam to the computer's USB slot when prompted.

4. Restart the computer when the installation completes. After the computer boots back up, open the newly installed Creative application to fine-tune the webcam's settings.
