How to Retrieve Deleted Temporary Internet Files
Every time you visit a website on your PC, a new temporary file is created on your computer. This temporary file contains information about the sites you visited. Since these files occupy useless space on any PC, these are deleted quite often. If you want to retrieve these deleted files, a recovery software program is your best bet. Download a recovery software program (see "Resources").

Run the recovery software program setup. Follow the instructions to complete the setup.

Start the recovery program. When asked to enter the location where your files existed, enter "C:\" as the location to search. Click "Start" to initiate the recovery process.

Let the process finish. A list of files will be displayed in the software program window. Locate the temporary files you wish to recover in the list of files. Select the files and choose the "Restore" option on the software program.

Try to use the recovery software as soon as possible to retrieve the files. The more time you take to run the software, the lesser are the chances of file recovery.
No matter how hard you try, it is impossible to get 100-percent success rate in file recovery. If it's important to retrieve the deleted files, opt for paid software as these tend to be more effective.
