Instructions

      Turn off the water to your commode. The water shutoff valve is located next to the toilet near the floor. Twist the knob clockwise to turn the water off.

      Flush the commode several times until all of the water has emptied from the bowl.

      Soak several paper towels in vinegar.

      Line the paper towels around the toilet bowl. Cover the hard water stains with the soaked paper towels.

      Keep the paper towels in place for a few hours. Wet them with more vinegar each hour.

      Take the paper towels off and throw them away.

      Place a natural pumice stone under a running faucet so the whole thing becomes wet.

      Scrape off the hard water stains with the pumice stone.
