Pump gas into the Nissan Versa

The Nissan Versa 2008 is a hatchback that seats up to five people with an extended trunk. Although it doesn't boast the gas mileage of smaller Nissan vehicles, it does provide up to 34 MPG on the highway (28 in the city). Of course, you aren't going to go anywhere without filling up your tank.

Instructions

    • 1

Pull up your vehicle to the gas pump along the passenger side. This is where the gas tank opening is located.

    • 2

Open the gas tank by pulling the lever located near the driver's door.

    • 3

Open the gas tank opening completely, then unscrew the cap protecting the gas tank. The screw cap connects to the tank through a plastic handle, so you can let go of the cap and it stays in place.

    • 4

Select "Unleaded" as the gasoline to use on the gas pump, then insert the pump into the tank and pull up on the trigger. The pump is going to stop automatically once the tank is full. Screw the cap back into place, then shut the gas tank cover and place the pump back onto the pump holder.
