How to Play ISO CSO Games
The CSO is the common computer format for Playstation Portable (PSP) games. It stands for "Compressed ISO," which means that it's a compressed digital image of the PSP game. It contains all the same information as the game disk but on your hard drive versus a game CD. Using a CSO and a PSP emulator, it's possible to play PSP games on your computer. There are three emulators to choose from, all free to download and use. The benefits of using an emulator over a hand-held PSP include improved resolutions, graphical filters and the ability to "save state"--essentially giving you the chance to save a game at any moment. That being said, PSP emulators are under constant development and sometimes experience instability and incompatibility with particular games.
