How to Get Rid of Internet History and Pop Ups

How to Delete Internet History

Click on the "Start" button in the lower-left of the screen and choose "Internet Explorer."

Click on "Safety," and then "Delete Browsing History."

Click on the check box next to "Preserve Favorites" if you want to save files associated with your "Favorites" list. Otherwise, leave it unchecked.

Check the boxes next to the specific items you want to delete. These item options include "Delete Web Pages," "Delete Cookies" and "Clear Cache."

Click the "Delete" button. The Internet history will be deleted.
How to Get Rid of Pop-Ups

Click on "Start" and then on "All Programs" when the "Start" menu opens. Double-click on the "Internet Explorer" icon.

Click on "Tools" at the top of the screen, and then "Internet Options."

Click on the tab that says "Privacy." Check the box next to "Block pop-ups." Click OK.

Select "Apply" and "OK." Pop-ups now will be blocked.
