Although most users choose not to enable the option, all modern Web browsers allow you to select an alternate default font that overwrites the font settings of any Web page you visit. Unfortunately, while all browsers allow you to choose a specific font, most do not allow you to apply an italic style to your selected type face. If you use the Opera or Google Chrome Web browser, however, changing your browser font to italics is a quick process.
