How to Fix Errors in Netzero Computer Software
NetZero software allows users who have a dial-up modem to access the Internet at a low cost. Installing this software is generally very simple and error-free. However, in isolated circumstances, something can go wrong in the NetZero installation, which may cause errors to occur during the end of the installation process or upon the first startup. If you experience errors, there are several troubleshooting steps you can follow to correct the issue.

Uninstall corrupted NetZero software. If your Internet connection stalled during the download process, your software may be corrupted. Go to the "Add/Remove Programs" area in the Control Panel and uninstall the old NetZero software.

Manually install the full version of NetZero. Most NetZero users use the "Two-minute" online installation, but this software may produce errors in older systems. See the link in the "Resource" section to download the full version.

Update NetZero software. Open the "Run" dialog box from the "Start" menu and then type "netzero.exe" in the text box. The NetZero installation application will pop up and check for updates. If updates are found, they will be installed automatically.
