How to Make a Paper Football Goal Post
Paper football is the slacker's past time. From boring conference calls to lengthy college lectures, if you have a partner, a hard surface, and a piece of paper, then you can pass the time playing paper football. The goal of paper football is to flick the triangular-shaped "football" and have it land hanging over the edge of the playing surface; this scores a touchdown. Once a touchdown is scored, the player can kick an extra point. You do not need anything except your own two hands to form a paper football goal post (see References 1).

Place both elbows onto the edge of the table, shoulder length apart.

Touch your thumbs together to form the bridge of the goal post.

Tips & Warnings
The advantage of using your own hands (as opposed to building something out of materials) is that you can play paper football games anywhere so long as you have a piece of paper handy to make the football. Plus, since each player's arms are slightly different, forming goal posts makes each game slightly different from others.
To score field goals regardless of the player's arm size, aim for the forehead of the player making the goal posts. Flick the football hard enough and you should be able to soar it through the uprights.
