Learning Pascal online

Pascal is a computer programming language first designed in the late 1960s by Niklaus Wirth and named after French mathematician Blaise Pascal. Although largely replaced by more updated programming languages, Pascal is still seen as a good introduction to other widespread modern programming languages such as C++ and Delphi. A helpful online community has sprung up on the Internet to assist those interested in learning Pascal by offering free tutorials and resources.

2. Read the introduction to the site, then click the "Next" link in the lower-right-hand corner of the screen.

3. Read about the history of the Pascal computer language, then click the "Next" link in the lower-right-hand corner.

4. Read about the history of computer languages and compilers, then click on the "Next" link in the lower-right-hand corner.

5. Continue to read the pages of the Pascal primer and tutorial page by page, then click the "Next" link to move to the next page.
