How Do I Print on a Wireless Network?

Things You'll Need

• USB printer
• Wireless print server

Instructions

1. Connect the USB connection cable from your printer to the USB port located on the rear of the wireless print server device.

2. Turn on the power to both the wireless print server and the printer.

3. Insert the installation disc that was provided with the wireless print server and run the installation wizard. The setup wizard will guide you step by step through the process of locating your wireless print server through your wireless network. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the process of connecting to the wireless print server.

4. Insert the installation disc into all computers located on the wireless network, and run the user setup wizard to locate the printer connected to the wireless print server. The user setup wizard will install any necessary drivers needed to operate the printer and will add the printer to available printing devices on your computer. Onscreen instructions provided during the user setup wizard will guide you through the process step by step.

Tips & Warnings

• Wireless print servers provide compatibility with home and office networks which use a combination of both wired and wireless users. Connect an Ethernet cable from the rear port of the wireless print server to an open port on your wireless router for use by wired computers. Use the installation disc provided with the wireless print server, and run the user setup wizard on the wired computers to gain access to the printer connected to the wireless print server.
