How to Unlock a Samsung Sprint Touchtone Phone

The Samsung Touch Tone phone is a touch screen smart phone with various features, such as calling, texting, web browsing, a camera, a QWERTY keyboard and more. One of its features is the ability to lock and unlock the touch screen and keypad so that you don't accidentally dial numbers while the phone is in your pocket or purse. If you've found that your Samsung has locked itself and you're not sure how to get it unlocked, don't worry. There's a very simple way to get it unlocked so that you can begin using it again soon.

Instructions

1. Press any button to wake the phone and get it into standby mode. The screen should light up and a message should tell you that the phone is locked.

2. Press the "Talk," the "Left/Right Soft Key," the "Menu" key or the "Volume" key.

3. Enter your four digit unlock code when prompted.

Tips & Warnings

• If you can't remember your four digit unlock code, try using your birthday numbers, the last four numbers of your cell phone number, or the numbers "1234" or "0000."
