How to Fix Blurry Photos on the Computer
When you have a blurry photo stored on your computer, it does not mean the photograph is no longer fit for use. All the photo needs is a little bit of tweaking with the right software program. Instead of paying lots of money to purchase the necessary software, you can use online resources that work just as nice. And best of all, the online software is free.

Visit a website that will allow you to edit your photos using their online photo-editing service. A few sites that will allow you to do this are Luna Pic, Online Photo Tool, and Free Online Photo Editor. You must create a free user account in order to use the service.

From the website you chose, click the "Browse" button. Find the photo that is blurry and double click on it. Click the "Upload" button to upload it into the photo-editing program.

Click the "Sharpen" feature of the photo-editing program. For Luna Pic, this option is located underneath the "Adjust" tab. For Online Photo Tool, it is located under "Image" and "Adjustments." For Free Online Photo Editor, select the "Sharpen/Blur" tab.

Repeat Step 3 until you are satisfied with the clarity of your image.

Perform a "Right Click" on the sharpened image. Click "Save As" to save your fixed photo to your computer's hard drive.
