1. Evaluate the overall quality of the shoe. Check to see that the material seems of high quality. Prada shoes should be made of the finest leather and cloth. Examine the stitching with a magnifying glass to see if it appears even and tight.

2. Look at the logo. The correct Prada logo should be an inverted triangle shape that says "PRADA" in all capital letters. The lines below it should say "MILANO" and "DAL 1913." Make sure nothing is misspelled or out of order.

3. Remove the insole. Real Prada sports shoes have removable insoles. If it cannot be removed, it is not genuine. The insole should also have a Prada logo on it near the heel area. Underneath the insole, there should be another Prada logo. These Prada logos should say "Made in Italy" underneath them.
