How to Transfer iPod Music Back Onto an iTunes Account
Whether you're attempting to transfer your purchased music to an additional computer or transfer your new purchases to your computer for backing up purposes, you must authorize the computer in order to enable music syncing from your iPod to your computer. This authorization process is in place to prevent you from illegally sharing your music by limiting your iTunes account authorization to five computers. In order to authorize a different computer after reaching your limit you must deauthorize one of the previous computers.
