How to Disable Chkdsk at Startup
The Chkdsk command on a Windows computer checks the integrity and consistency of your hard drives. If your computer shuts down unexpectedly, the Chkdsk program may try to run every time you restart the computer, before you log in. Fortunately, you can stop Chkdsk from automatically starting up with the computer with a simple command line modification.
