How to Create a System Backup Disc
The backup utility in Windows 7 (unlike the one in Windows XP) allows you to save backups of your computer to a CD or DVD. If you want to create this type of backup disc, you'll need a few basic tools and some basic computer expertise. If you have a large amount of files that need to be backed up, you should consider using an external hard drive instead of a CD or DVD.
