International corporate finance deals with the acquisition and allocation of the funds and resources of a corporation that operates internationally. The goal of the corporate finance area of a company is to maximize the wealth of the company. 1. Read educational textbooks. Educational textbook publishers, such as McGraw-Hill have published an entire library of textbooks that deal with the subject of international corporate finance. Read the textbooks that cover information on the aspects of international corporate finance that most interest you. Try to obtain the teacher's edition when possible so you can check your work and gain a deeper understanding of the topic.

2. Enroll in online international corporate-finance courses. Colleges and universities offer online courses that help teach you the concepts, facts and information you need to study international corporate finance. Register and complete online courses.

3. Check your local community college or university course listings for classes that teach international corporate finance. Register to take classroom courses on these topics so you can gain some "live' knowledge that will help you study and learn what you need to know about international corporate finance.

4. Complete an internship. Apply with a company that works internationally to work as an intern in the corporate finance department. Internships provide you hands-on experience that allows you to apply the concepts and knowledge you have gained through classes and courses.
