Select "Begin a Family Court Form" located on the right hand side of the eCourt website. The website is located in the Resources section below.

Select "Dissolution of Marriage" in the center tab.

Create a User ID and password. Click Next.

Review the answers given before final submission. After all the questions are completed, they will be submitted into the petition for dissolution of marriage.
