How Can I Save a Web Page to View Offline?
To access your most commonly visited web sites quickly, you can bookmark a web page. Bookmarking your web page makes it accessible from your web browser when you're online. However, if you are frequently on the go or have a weak Internet connection, you can also save your favorite web pages (in part or as a whole) to later view pages offline. You can no longer use the Favorites option to save web pages offline in Internet Explorer, according to Microsoft. Depending on your browser, you can choose to save the page with or without images, as a web archive or a text file.
