Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Martial Arts Supplies
  • Martial Arts Uniforms
  • Martial Arts Videos
  1. Step 1

Lean and turn into the choke (the bend in your attacker's arm).

  2. Step 2

Keep turning and pull down on the attacker's arm to disrupt the attacker's balance. The attacker will fall on his or her back.

  3. Step 3

Follow with a stomp kick to the ribs.

  4. Step 4

    Escape.

Tips & Warnings
  • Work with a partner and practice until mastery.
  • Do not strike with a stomp kick unless you intend serious harm.
  • Participating in the martial arts is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death. We recommend that you seek proper training and equipment before attempting this activity.

on 11/22/2005 This way is taught in the Marine Corps:

If the attacker is male, reach around and grab his testicles, then twist and pull. Proceed with a takedown and a heel stomp.
