Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Martial Arts Supplies
  • Martial Arts Uniforms
  • Martial Arts Videos
  1. Step 1

Grasp the attacker's hand with both hands.

  2. Step 2

Twist the attacker's hand outward so his or her palm and elbow are facing upward.

  3. Step 3

Force the attacker to the ground as you apply downward pressure on his or her arm.

Tips & Warnings
  • Practice with a partner until you gain mastery.
  • When you practice, be careful not to apply too much pressure. Have your partner say "stop" or slap the ground if the pain becomes too intense. When you apply pressure to another's joints, as described in this technique, it's difficult to gauge how much pain you may cause.
  • Practicing the martial arts is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death. We recommend you seek proper training and equipment before attempting this activity.
