How to Write a Janitorial Job Description
Janitorial services are necessary for your business unless you want to delegate cleaning duties to yourself or your employees. If you plan to hire a janitor, you will need to advertise the opening on a career website or in your local newspaper. Writing a job description for your potential janitor requires that you think critically about the specific duties the janitor must do. If your job description is thorough, you will receive applications for qualified individuals and your janitor search will be easier.
