How to Determine the Blue Book Value of a Mobile Home

Getting an accurate value of your mobile home is essential if you're planning to sell or looking to make upgrades. Mobile homes are valued by the National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA). This organization also values cars, motorcycles and boats. These assessments are used to measure trade-in values and to provide starting price points. NADA establishes values for mobile homes and adjusts them according to a variety of conditions.
