This organization also values cars, motorcycles and boats. These assessments are used to measure trade-in values and to provide starting price points. NADA establishes values for mobile homes and adjusts them according to a variety of conditions.

Click on the NADA Manufactured Housing Guide link. This site describes the guide, costs and general information about the appraisal and valuation process. The guide can be purchased in hard copy or CD-ROM format.

Pick the year the manufactured home was constructed. NADA provides values for years from 1971 to present day. The home values are provided from 750 manufacturers. The values are presented as average retail values.

Determine what optional equipment is on the home, such as deck or carport. The NADA guides adjusts the value per the added equipment. The values also are pro-rated relative to the age of the home. Conversion charts are provided to make the adjustments.

Review your lending agency and cross-reference it with NADA's lending agencies. NADA mobile home values are approved through institutes, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lenders. The annual editions are updated three times per year. They are distributed as a national edition, broken down into nine regional editions.
