How to Setup a Dish Network 3.1 R Remote Control
Dish Network is a television service that utilizes a series of satellites to broadcast the signal to customers. While the actual dish and cable box are usually set up by a Dish Network representative, if a consumer purchases a new remote control, they must set up the remote before using it. One of the possible remote controls consumers can purchase is the Dish Network 3.1 R.
