  1. Browning Meatballs

      Prepare the oven by selecting the broil feature and turning it on. Place the oven rack so that your meatballs are about 7 inches from the roof of your oven and the broiler. Allow the oven to preheat.

      Prepare a broiling pan. Spray cooking spray lightly over the surface to avoid sticking of your meatballs. Place your shaped meatballs onto the pan into three rows of five, keeping spacing even.

      Insert the broiler pan into the oven. Allow meatballs to brown for five minutes before removing. Check to see that reheated meatballs are at the desired temperature. Continue to cook un-prepared meatballs by using tongs or a fork to rotate the meatballs to the opposite site. Expose the meatballs to the broiler again. Place the pan into the over for an additional five minutes. Note that if you are reheating, you should monitor the previously cooked meatballs more closely and modify the time as needed. Use a knife to ensure that the meat is cooked thoroughly through.
