How to Uninstall Games in Windows Vista

Microsoft Windows Vista computers come with various games already installed on the machine. Although these games can be fun time-killers, they also take up valuable resources on your computer. You can easily uninstall them with a couple clicks of your mouse.

      Close all programs and applications.

      Hit the "Start" button in the bottom left corner of your desktop.

      Type "programs" (without the quotes) in the field that appears above the Start button.

      Click the "Programs and Features" link that appears.

      Select "turn Windows features on or off."

      Find "Games" in the list of Windows features. Remove the checkmark next to it and click on the "+" sign next to it. This will display all of the games on your computer. Remove the checkmarks next to each game listed.

      Click the "OK" button. Wait until Windows Vista remove the games. Click the "Restart Now" button to finish uninstalling the games.
