1. Restart your computer in Safe Mode by pressing the “Del” key when your computer is booting up.

2. Press “Ctrl,” ”Alt,” “Del” to access your computer's start menu and turn off the following processes: search[2].exe, sysrtmvs.exe, aouei, senh.exe, wd7gi8nnew.exe, visfx500new.exe, OEM.exe, numbsoftnew.exe, Mendoza1.exe, and Mendoza.exe. This operation closes all of the Trojan Dropper processes, which allows you to remove them.

3. Open up the Windows registry editor and delete the entry named “Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Emitt.” This prevents Trojan Dropper from initializing the next time you start your computer.

4. Delete the following files using Windows Explorer: search[2].exe, sysrtmvs.exe, aouei, senh.exe, wd7gi8nnew.exe, visfx500new.exe, OEM.exe, numbsoftnew.exe, Mendoza1.exe, and Mendoza.exe. Deleting these files will effectively remove the virus from your system
