Trying to use the Verizon texting link is pointless. Theie "authorization" words (to prove you're not a computer) are so difficult to read I've been "locked out" from sending the text on numerous occasions. Not being able to contact my daughter when I need to just because they choose to use illegible auth. words is RIDICULOUS. I will be switching her to a new provider.
