  • Make-up
  • Digital Camera
  • Computer
  • Study the female models in the A&F Quarterly. Pay attention to what they wear, how they groom their hair, how much make-up they wear and how they pose.

  • Practice grooming yourself to mimic these models. Practice their poses.

  • Put on an Abercrombie and Fitch outfit. Tastefully show some skin by wearing a sundress or shorts and a T-shirt.

  • Have someone photography youf outside in Abercrombie and Fitch apparel posing in some of the ways you've seen girls use in the A&F quarterly.

  • Upload the photos to your computer and evaluate them. Pick the four best. Pick at least one that is a closeup of your face from the shoulders up and another that shows your full-length body.

  • Visit the website "abercrombie.com." Click on "Casting" at the top menu. Click on "Submit Photos."

  • Complete the online application and type in your name, weight, height, age, school or university and other pertinent information.

  • Upload your four best photos to the website. Click on the red "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. If Abercrombie and Fitch would like to use you as a model, they'll contact you.
