How to Train to Be a Realtor or Real Estate Agent

The housing market is always moving, and professionals are needed to represent home sellers and buyers. Real estate agents, or realtors, serve as the voice for both parties. They keep their clients' interests protected by negotiating contracts, working with other parties and giving general advice. They must keep up to date with current laws and trends. Real estate agents are needed in all areas and can choose to work for a large firm or as an independent agent.
