The process of having your eyebrows waxed to remove excess hair often results in some of the wax residue remaining on your skin or brows. Fortunately, there is an easy way to remove this residue without pulling out any additional hairs.

Pour 1 tbsp. of baby oil into a small container.

Dip one side or surface of the cotton ball or pad into the oil. Allow the excess oil to drip from the cotton ball or pad back into the container.

Rub the oil-soaked cotton over the areas of your skin or brows in one direction to loosen the wax residue.

Wipe the area with a clean, damp cloth to remove the oil and wax particles.

Tips

  • If you don't have baby oil, substitute olive oil.

  • You may have to use more than one cotton ball or pad soaked in oil to loosen all of the wax.
