How to Make Cool Spinners Out of Paper

Paper spinners are a fun and cheap toy that children are sure to love and can easily create. They're great to use on a breezy day outside. If you put several together and place them outdoors, they can be used as cute yard decorations. You can try all kinds of colors and patterns to create the design you'd like. If you're planning an outdoor party, these would look stylish on each table as part of the centerpieces.

Things You'll Need

• Pin
• Square paper
• Straw

Instructions

1. Fold the left and right sides in to meet at the center. Fold the top and bottom in to meet at the center. Unfold the top and bottom from the center.

2. Open the bottom corners and fold away from the center of the paper. Open the top corners and fold away from the center of the paper. Fold the upper right corner of the paper in half and to the left. Fold the lower left corner of the paper in half and to the left.

3. Lightly open the flaps. Pin the paper spinner onto the straw and spin it.
