      Open a text editing program, such as Notepad or EditPad. Locate the file and open it.

      Place the cursor where the target will be placed. Each target must have a name.

      Type the following, replacing "here" with a target name: This tells the browser that a NAME tag called 'Here' is located at this spot.

    Uh, yeah, this doesn't really work because you can't see the html code. Instead, you have an ongoing link throughout your article. Maybe you should go Google how to show plain text on a page, just like you Googled this. Anyone who really knew html would know that they would need to bypass the webpage reading the html you are trying to show.
