How to Get an RV Toilet Pipe Unclogged
An RV toilet is different than a home toilet because it uses a different flushing mechanism, similar to the one used in a boat's toilet. Though the system is different, unclogging a stopped-up pipe in an RV still requires basically the same techniques as used in the home; they just need to be applied more carefully. RV piping is generally less robust than home piping. Some of the RV gaskets are small, and pipes are plastic. So care is required when removing any type of clog.

1
Pour a chemical drain cleaner designed for RV plumbing into toilet. These drain clearing products use enzymes to clear clogs instead of chemicals. After application, flush the holding tanks to remove the product.
-
2
Place a plunger over the hole inside the toilet and manually push the plunger up and down as you would at home. This will help to push the clog through the pipe. Flush the system by pouring boiling water into the toilet and then empty the holding tanks after the clog is removed.

3
Insert a drain snake into the toilet and push it down into the pipe until you feel the snake stop. Lightly push the snake into the clog breaking it up to remove the clog. Flush the toilet with water from a hose to clear the clog.

Tips & Warnings
When holding tanks fill they may cause back-ups in the system that appear like clogs. Before attempting any drain clearing procedure, make sure the black water holding tank (which holds water from the toilet) is not full.
RV pipes are not as robust as home pipes so be careful when applying any clog removal technique.
