How to Make MSN Emoticons Larger
Emoticons allow you to add flair to many elements of MSN, including its popular chat feature. Emoticons are measured in pixels, with the standard size being 19x19. However, MSN will allow you to insert an emoticon that is as large as 50x50, provided that the emoticon is an animated .GIF file.
