How to Make a TV Pick Up Better on Rabbit Ears
If you use rabbit ears to obtain a television signal, you may find the programming reception is not all that strong, and oftentimes the signal can fail on you. To correct this, you do have an option or two at your disposal. Of course, you can adjust the rabbit ears to receive a better picture, or you can install a signal amplifier. Tips & Warnings
You can find signal amplifiers at most stores that carry television antennas.
If you have a digital television, you can connect the rabbit ears and amplifier directly to the TV. However, if you do not have a digital television, you need a digital converter box, which you can purchase at most electronics stores. Connect the coaxial cable running out of the amplifier to the digital converter box. Connect another coaxial cable to the "Out" port on the converter box and plug the opposite end into the "In" port on the television.
