Pour in the entire bottle of zesty Italian dressing and mix well.

Coat the bottom of a skillet with 3 to 4 tbsp. olive oil and heat until it begins to pop. With long tongs--to prevent burns from splattered oil--fry the corn tortillas for three to five seconds on each side, which will make them slightly crispy but soft enough to wrap around the filling.
Place a newly fried shell on a paper towel on a plate. Cover it with another paper towel. Then place the next fried shell on it, and then another paper towel. Continue alternating paper towels and shells, so that some of the grease is absorbed before serving.

Place 3 to 4 tbsp. of the taco mixture onto each shell, wrap it up and enjoy!
