How to Upload Photos to Facebook From an iPhone

If you have the Facebook for iPhone app, you can view your friends' status updates on Facebook and add updates of your own. You also need this app, which is available for free from the iTunes App Store, to upload photos taken with your iPhone to your Facebook account.

Instructions

1. Tap the Facebook icon on your iPhone to open the Facebook for iPhone app.

2. Tape the "Profile" button and then tap the camera icon located next to the status bar that reads "What's on your mind?" A box will open that gives you the options to upload a photo or to cancel.

3. Tap "Choose from Library" to upload a picture from your iPhone library.

4. Search through your pictures and tap the one you want to upload.

5. Tap "Write a caption" and enter a caption for the photo and then tap "Upload." The photo will be uploaded to your Facebook account and will show up as a status update.

Tips & Warnings

• After the photo you selected uploads, tap the picture and then click the arrow at the bottom left corner of the screen to "Like" the photo, tag the photo or make the photo your profile picture.
