Instructions

Buy your materials. You will need to stop by your local grocer for strawberries, meltable chocolate, and wooden BBQ skewers. Make sure you have a flower vase handy. Another nice touch (but not required) is purchasing some Baby's Breath in the floral dept.

Start part 1 of your masterpiece. Clean your strawberries and keep the stem/leaves in tact. Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan or in the microwave. Then, dip your cleaned strawberries (not the stem side) into the chocolate. Depending on how large you want your bouquet, you can follow this procedure for 1 or 2 dozen strawberries. Put in the refrigerator for an hour or two to harden the chocolate.

Make your bouquet. Get your skewers handy and stick them into the stem of your chocolate dipped strawberry. This mimic's the appearance of a rose. Stick your strawberry roses into a vase, garnish with Baby's Breath, and put out on display for your loved one to see as they enter the room.
