How to Tie a Necktie With a Windsor
According to "Tie-a-Tie.net," the Windsor knot consists of "a thick, wide and triangular tie knot that projects confidence." The style is recommended for presentations, meetings, conferences and other events where you need to convey an air of assurance. Because this knot is so wide, it usually looks best on someone with a long neck, as the width of the knot can somewhat shorten the overall appearance of your neck. With practice, you should be able to tie a Windsor knot in under two minutes. Does this Spark an idea?
