How to Make a Payment to Gateway Easy Pay

Before July 27, 2008, Gateway offered Gateway Easy Pay Financing as an option for purchasing its products. If you purchased a computer or other merchandise via this financing, your account is currently being serviced by Household Credit Services or HSBC Nevada, Inc. Payment options include via phone, by mail or online.

• Gateway Easy Pay Account Number
• Bank account and routing numbers
• Current Gateway Easy Pay Financing Statement
• Envelope
• Stamp
• Computer
• Internet Access

Instructions

Phone Payment

1. Gather your Gateway Easy Pay Financing Account number, your bank account number and your financial institution's routing number.

2. Find the customer service number printed on your billing statement or on the back of your credit card. Call the number and inform the customer service representative that you want to make a payment by phone.

3. Give the representative your account numbers and any essential financial information she requests in order to complete the transaction.

4. Deduct the amount of your payment from your current bank account balance.

By Mail

1. Gather your current credit card statement, determine the amount of the payment you will make and make out a check or money order to HSBC Card Services. Include your account number so it the payment will be applied to the correct account. Subtract the amount of the payment from your bank account balance if necessary.

2. Insert the payment portion of the statement, along with your check or money order into an envelope, seal it and affix the proper postage.

3. Mail the payment to the following payment address:

Online Payment

1. Gather your account number and payment information and navigate to the payment link (see Resources).

2. Enter your Gateway Easy Pay Financing account number and your ZIP code in the appropriate boxes. Click "Submit".

3. Enter the amount of the payment you wish to make and the date you want it posted to your account. Click "Submit".

4. Subtract the amount of the payment from your bank account balance.
