How to Change the User Name With MSN
Windows Live Messenger, formerly called MSN Messenger, is an instant messaging client created by Microsoft. The user name that you use to log into the client is your Windows Live ID, which is associated with your email address and can't be changed. If you need to change the user name with which you log into Windows Live Messenger, you can create a new Windows Live ID and import the contact list from your previous user name into your new account.
